Welcome to IGB Holistic Health Services Inc. My name is Osaretin Igbinedion RN BScN, Founder and CEO of IGB Holistic Health Services Inc. in Kitchener, Ontario Canada. I am an Alumni of York University, Toronto, Canada. Having worked for many years as a Registered Nurse in different settings in Canada, I noticed a persistent nursing shortage across Provinces and Territories in Canada.
IGB Holistic Health Services Inc (IHHS) was born out of a strong desire to model an innovative staffing solution in a variety of settings in Canada.
IGB Holistic Health Services Inc, also offer employment opportunity to Internationally Educated Nurses as clinical assistant/care giver in variety of settings, while waiting for registration in their chosen jurisdiction in Canada.
With an in-depth analysis, I discovered that the nursing shortages are mainly a result of series of events that are part of our existence as humans. Such as maternity leaves, sick leaves, and early retirement due to staff burn-outs resulting from constant staff shortages.
